Likes: Over the centuries Lucius taste changes but there is one thing that he would never grow tired of and that is women. He loves being in their company and of course of the centuries he has loved one or two deeply. Another thing that Lucius loves is music but not this modern garage but the actual classical music. He loves the smell of a good home cooked meal although he does not necessarily have to eat it as he more craves the human blood. His first favorite meal of course is human blood it is what keeps him so young and alive for so very long.
Dislikes: Winter is the one season that Lucius hates the most, not that the cold weather actual affects him. It is really the sound of crunching snow that makes him cringed, he has broken bones but it is that sound he hates the most. Lucius can not stand women with annoying high pitch voices he rather hear nails on a chalkboard. When people lie even when asked if they are lying the man understands that lying can be a good thing all he wants is the truth if he asks you if you are lying.
Strengths: He is focused and determined to get the task at hand done as quickly and painless as possible.
Weaknesses: Lucius is not a team player and rather do things on his own than working with others it simply really, he just has a hard time working with others because of his short-temper. With that being said his short-temper and controlling nature makes him a lot of enemies
Personality:
Lucius is a short-temper man especially if things do not go his way, the man likes to be in control of every situation that he is face with that way he will not get hurt. He is always determined to get things done that he puts his mind too. Even with some of his negative traits Lucius is very loyal to those who he deems close too which is a few. He is cooperative only when it suits him and his needs. When someone does Lucius wrong he can not forgive so easily especially after what happened with Gisela, so trust does not come easily as well.

History:
Lucius life really never started until he was turned when he was twenty-four years old in the 12th century, he had been a guard walking the streets making it safe. Soon enough the young man would began a solider and help fight in the wars but unknown to Lucius he would have some supernatural powers helping him along the way. He was walking through the market place when a young maiden came rushing at him something was terribly wrong he had tried to fight her off but she sank her teeth into his neck. The next morning he woke in a strange place there sat the woman with another young man. She explained to him what she had done and what he now needed to do but Lucius could not believe this even though the hungry she explain came rushing in. Sooner or later he accepted what he thought was now his fate but Lucius used his new found powers to help become the solider he always wanted to be.
After fighting a few battles in Roman the new vampire decided to travel the world, he did not come to America until the 17th century. After that he went between Europe and the new world serving in different battles and wars. With all the traveling he has done and as long as he had lived Lucius had never encounter someone that he could fall in love with. That was of course was until he laid his eyes on Gisela, her father was a wealthy tailor. During this time Lucius established himself as a Lord, he had invited the young woman to see a composer. They continued to see each and both had fallen in love. Lucius knew that this was the woman, the only woman that he wanted to be with but Lucius knew that he would have to share his secret.
Gisela took it well actually she took it too well but Lucius was so much in love that he did not see the signs that something was wrong with Gisela. One night while they were having a conversation something was wrong with his drink. He could feel a burning in his throat the vampire began to feel weak. He knew at once what Gisela had done to his drink. After being tied down with chains and a wooden stake in his one leg another man appeared, he overheard his love and this man talking. He was a vampire hunter and Gisela was nothing but bait to lure him in. Unknown to them Lucius had enough strength to get loose and kill the hunter. He stood in front of Gisela as she pleaded for her life, Lucius told her that since she had broken his heart that he would return the favor. He ripped her heart out and crashed it after that Lucius turned it off so that he could no longer feel any pain as the centuries past by. Lucius never settled down in a certain spot until he came to Mystic Falls after hearing that the Originals were in town.
